Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer orders
• Assist with prepping for service, cleaning, and stocking
• Assist in training associates on proper food handling and safety procedures
• Train associates on company standards for food preparation, production, and packaging
• Proactively address customer issues
• Mediate employee grievances and concerns
• Complete daily reports & deposits as needed
• Maintain site appearance standards
• Assist with product orders and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and regulations

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
• 2+ years in customer service

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver license & reliable transportation
• Food Handler Certification preferred
• Verifiable work history
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor
• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays & weekends
• Communicate effectively in English (hear, speak, read, and write)
• Safely lift 40+ lbs. to chest height
• Stand and walk for 8+ consecutive hours
• Climb a step ladder, reach with arms above head, grasp with hands, bend, and crouch
• Use hands bilaterally & unilaterally
• Count and weigh product; calculate basic math
• Basic computer proficiency
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
