Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer orders
- Assist with prepping for service, cleaning, and stocking
- Assist in training associates on proper food handling and safety procedures
- Train associates on company standards for food preparation, production, and packaging
- Proactively address customer issues
- Mediate employee grievances and concerns
- Complete daily reports & deposits as needed
- Maintain site appearance standards
- Assist with product orders and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and regulations
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- 2+ years in customer service
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver license & reliable transportation
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Verifiable work history
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays & weekends
- Communicate effectively in English (hear, speak, read, and write)
- Safely lift 40+ lbs. to chest height
- Stand and walk for 8+ consecutive hours
- Climb a step ladder, reach with arms above head, grasp with hands, bend, and crouch
- Use hands bilaterally & unilaterally
- Count and weigh product; calculate basic math
- Basic computer proficiency
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
