Majorly responsible for research of new business development, hunting new accounts, opportunities and managing them.
Regular calling prospective customers and follow-up with phone/emails etc
Develop sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration
Developing, building and managing relationships with new and existing contacts to generate leads by employing an effective sales strategy that utilizes various strategies and techniques to include: Marketing, Social Media, Cold-Calling, Referrals, etc.
Develop and build and maintain client database and long term strategic relationships through both telephone contact and face to face meetings.
Develop and manage the business plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales quota goals
Negotiation of final terms & conditions, closing of deals and keep records of sales data
Result oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Aggressive, dynamic & result oriented with good verbal and written communication skills.
Monitor cases and track deadlines.
Good understanding on new emerging IT Technologies.
Coordinating and working closely with the recruiters.
Education qualification bachelors/masters in Business Administration/ IT is mandatory
Proven experience and passion as a Sales Executive or Account Manager for recruitment services
Experience in background screening and recruitment with knowledge in industry hiring process
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM or other similar sales tracking tools is a plus
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
