Job Functions:
- Must Have a Positive Attitude and a Desire to Work Well with Others
- Must Understand and Have a Sense of Urgency
- Review and Understand Prep List for Salad, Sandwich, Pizza, Sautee, and Menu Items
- Complete Prep Duties in a Timely Manner
- Can multi task with making salads, sandwiches, cook in the oven, and with a sauté pans on a range
- Cook in a Woodstone wood fired and gas assisted oven by stoking wood and maintaining a proper cook temperature
- Use a pizza peel to load oven
- Learn a system of stocking to par levels for the salad, sauté station according to volume expected
- Use a Chef's and Serrated knife
- Use a scale according to specifications, measuring cups and measuring spoons
- Complete Prep Duties in a Timely Manner
- Learn a system of stocking to par levels for the pizza station and fresh herbs according to volume expected
- Stretch dough to a consistent size
- Follow spec sheets on topping amounts and proper building procedures
- Monitor Ticket Times
- Satisfactorily completing all Stella Training Courses, as well as Recertification Courses.
- Learn safety with use of all chemicals and how they are properly labeled
- Maintain sanitizer spray bottle or bucket
