      Job Description

      MJ Eldercare of Arkansas, LLC, an independently owned and operated company, is in search of a reliable full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant is expected to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties that support Key Players and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.

      Responsibilities include
      • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
      • Assist with hiring process for new CAREGivers
      • Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, collegues, and CAREGivers
      • Maintain office records to meet state legislation and franchise standards
      • Assist with coordination of schedules of clients and CAREGivers
      Qualifications
      • High school graduation or the equivalent
      • One year of office experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
      • Must possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance
      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
      • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
      • Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, and yearly work
      • Must have computers skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office products
      • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information, and meet deadlines
