The Manager, Human Resources will contribute to the mission, vision and values of Houston Food Bank by:
Leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department to include maintaining and developing effective internal procedures, handling employee-related issues, supporting recruiting and retention efforts, and keeping performance at peak levels through effective performance management systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. Ten (10) years’ progressive experience in multiple Human Resource areas. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
