Position is responsible for receiving all visitors to the Keegan Building. Orients all volunteers to the volunteer experience at Keegan, providing them with refreshments, registration, record-keeping, post volunteer photos. Answers all phone calls coming into Keegan’s general number. Receives any walk up volunteers, product donors, monetary donors, those in need of food bank resources. Also assists the Outreach Services office manager with requisitions, payroll, kids café record keeping and acts as phone contact to Kids Café sites.
Education/Experience
High School diploma or GED. At least two (2) years experience working in similar job. Knowledge of commercial kitchen regulations. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Project.
