The position will provide administrative support to the Fleet and Warehouse operations located in Hunt Valley, MD. Primary responsibilities include assisting Fleet management with daily operational and reporting activities associated with our fleet operations. Providing administrative support for warehousing activities including processing equipment returns and exchanges, report distribution, processing part sales and transfers, as well as, coordinating freight shipments from manufacturers.
2-Year college degree or equivalent experience
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Effective organization skills and ability to manage various tasks concurrently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and online scheduling programs.
Proficient Typing and Data-Entry skills
Effective problem-solving skills.
Independent worker with high energy and a self-starter
Order and distribute Service Fleet cards to drivers
Coordinate auto insurance updates and distribute insurance cards
Maintain Fleet vehicle/driver database
Onboard new-hire personnel
Coordinate of Geotab installations and transfers
Distribute of monthly fleet reports and accident reports to Management
Coordinate and track vehicle replacements
Review monthly vehicle leasing invoicing for accuracy
Issue EZ Pass & Sun Pass devices and maintain account accuracy
Maintain Park Mobile account and reconcile monthly changes
Review "Ride-Along" forms and examine pictures for vehicle damage
Distribute vehicle alerts and recall notifications
Manage and maintain small-package shipping accounts
Process customer requests for part sales
Maintain customer held equipment logs and quarterly billings
Assign serialized equipment to Jobs and label appropriately
Maintain adequate stock of office & building supplies
Other Duties as Assigned
