The Maintenance Technician will work independently to perform maintenance, repair, and/ or modification of the plants computer driven controls systems. Is involved in fabrication, application, installation, and repair of mechanical and electromechanical equipment, the installation of electrical conduit and machine building wiring.
This person will be a part of our maintenance team and will be hands on out on the floor troubleshooting and repairing equipment 90% of their time.
We are a lean team and are looking for people who will wear multiple hats if need be. The person asking the questions is probably not our candidate.
We have a wide variety of equipment and of different ages. Day will consist of trouble shooting issues on CNC machines, replacing prox switches, performing maintenance and PM on assembly cell equipment, addressing safety concerns, updating printer systems with new software, working on test stands. We run kaizen events that need support, move our equipment around quite frequently, and we are looking for motivated people that want to drive continuous improvement and be actively engaged in our business.
