Frost Brown Todd, a regional law firm of 525 attorneys in thirteen markets, is currently searching for a Sr. Business Development Manager reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. The role is a firmwide position and manages two business development associates. The candidate may reside in any of the following markets: Cincinnati, Columbus, Dallas, Louisville, Indianapolis or Nashville. The SBDM works closely with Practice Groups, Industry Teams, and Firm leadership to create and implement business development strategies. The SBDM also works collaboratively with colleagues in the Marketing department to ensure support for various initiatives meets consistently high standards.
The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter with a proven track record of leadership. This position will require the ability to adapt to work within all levels of the firm, from the Executive Committee to attorneys and business professionals across all practice areas. Primary job functions will include strategic planning, execution of tactics that support strategic initiatives, and budget planning and tracking. Candidates should be intellectually curious, highly organized, and capable of balancing multiple projects and deadlines at once.
