                Job Description

                Description:
                The Training Director is passionate about the Chick-fil-A brand! They pursue personal excellence by ensuring the quality requirements are met all day every day, and challenge the team to do the same. The TD is the standards expert in the restaurant. The TD is certified in every area of the restaurant. They are a college graduate and work 40+ hours a week. The TD is passionate about self-development and owns their own stuff.
                Unique Director Responsibilities:
                Develops training plan for all areas of store
                Receives new Team Members from Talent Director after on-boarding is compete
                -Sets up training shifts
                -Communicates with certified trainers
                -Holds training reviews
                Recurring training
                -eRQA & Safe Daily followup for entire team
                -ROE communication and followup
                -New product rollout coordination
                -CEM weekly gap focus
                -Overall yearly and monthly goal alignment
                Training certified trainers for each area of store
                -Three step training method
                -Feedback model
                -Subject matter certified
                Understands and utilizes Pathway
                Communicates training needs to scheduler

                All Director Responsibilities:
                Ability to evaluate the needs of the business
                -CFA, ESRC, ART
                Passion to prioritize the needs of the business
                Passion for protecting the brand
                Extensive understanding and application on the CRFS and CORE 4
                Have development plans for team leaders
                Hold peer directors accountable
