Medical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist - (Med Tech - MT - CLS)
StartDate: 01/25/2021Available Shifts: 10 N Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 2000.00

2+ years of experience. 50 mile radius rule. No more than a 3 month work history gap in the last year. 125 bed facility. Type of equipment : Sysmex Hematology Analyzers, CA-1500, Atlas, Siemens EXL Dimensions, Electronic Xmatch, GeneXpert (Cephid), BacTec 9120, and Sofia. Documentation system: Meditech. Patient Experience requirements: Patient focus, Going Above and Beyond, and Make a Difference at work place. Certifications: ASCP-( American Society of Clinical Pathologist), NCA, or AMT. 2-5 years working laboratory experience with phlebotomy skills. Advanced skills needed: Equipment troubleshoot and independent decision-making, Multitask oriented, and works well with all peers in laboratory, outpatients/inpatients, and units outside the laboratory. Procedures performed on unit: Blood Bank, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Serology, Microbiology (setup/gram stain), and Chemistry. Certifications Required: ASCP (MT ,MLS or MLT), NCA or AMT.
