Looking for a MOTIVATED Production Technician for a Monday-Thursday 9:00PM-7:00AM Shift
Learns new equipment, processes, and teaches the technicians the new equipment. Leader and trainer for all technicians. Assist other technicians and engineering personnel as required. Setup and operate product related equipment which may include 3D printing equipment and thermal equipment. Inspect parts to ensure manufacturing process is being maintained (inspection shall include dimensional measuring, weight and visual). Implement and prepare build files. Maintain 3D printing and support equipment. Packing and unpacking of printed parts for thermal processing. Follow established data entry for recording and costing purposes.
Operate various pieces of manufacturing equipment (including but not limited to: polishing and finishing, cut-off saw, hot mounting press, break tester). Maintain all appropriate paperwork in support of shop floor procedures (fill out job routers, machine logs, etc.). Assist other technicians and engineering personnel as required. Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
Obey all safety regulations. Attend and participate in any training or education required by company. Follow all company procedures and policies. Maintain confidentiality and protect company technical and proprietary assets.
Successful completion of high school, technical or trade school. Computer knowledge (basic utilization of Windows). Good organization and record keeping skills. Valid driver’s license (or capable of obtaining)
Able to stand for extended periods of time, walk reach and stoop. Capable of lifting 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and manipulation to operate a computer, work with hand tools and measuring and testing equipment.
