We are seeking a candidate that wants to join a truly “team driven” organization. You must be a proven team leader driven by results. You must be very dependable and passionate about providing our guests with an amazing guest experience and able to teach our team members and leadership team how to do this. You must possess a very coachable attitude and demeanor and accept direction and constructive criticism well and be a drama free leader that is a problem solver and not a problem creator. You must be a quick learner that can proceed through the training process in a timely manner and be able to turn around and effectively train and develop your leadership team and team members. You will learn how to become a servant leader during your training. We are a servant leadership driven organization that believes serving our teams and those that lead under us is the clearest pathway to success and growing the business of the restaurant.
You will work on average a 50/hour work week. You must be flexible on the days of the week you are available. You will be required to work some openings, mid-shifts, and closings each week.
Your base salary will be $40,000.00 annually.
Your job is to be the second best model servant leader next to the RGM in the restaurant, grow the revenue through a great guest experience and control the cost of food and labor to maximize the profit potential of the restaurant. You will be the second in command of the restaurant. You will be the RGM’s first resource for achieving the goals for the restaurant and meet the operating results expected by senior leadership by focusing on the key metrics we have identified as an organization and improve on these metrics which will drive revenue and profits. You will be able to do everything an RGM can do but not be totally responsible for the restaurant’s performance. This position is really intended for someone that desires to RGM their own restaurant someday or be ready to take over the restaurant should something happen with the RGM.

We operate Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurants in 5 states and building 15-20 more restaurants over the course of the next 5-7 years. We are truly a place of opportunity.
