Job Title: Learning Content Creator/LMS Support
Reports to: Director, Learning and Development

This position is responsible for planning the day-to-day activities of the Learning Management System (LMS). The administrator also provides excellent customer service, recommends improvements to existing programs, and holds a mindset of continuous improvement.
Coordinates daily training processing. Handles enrollments, training creation (item creation, course offerings, etc.), training material development (utilization of Articulate).
Gathers employee data and oversees the processing of training programs.
Works in coordination with manager to perform training audits. Prepares, collects and organizes data for audit assessments.
To manage data, perform audits, and in coordination with customer requests, runs reports from system and consolidates with additional employee data as needed.
Surveys industry trends. Forecasts trends and assists with future training designs. Develops specific recommendations for review by management.
Provides customer service support to internal and external customers. Assists in the development of communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's training programs. Assists in the design and distribution of materials for orientations.
Assist in the development and coordination of employee communication materials and methods related to all training.
Conducts ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
2+ years' experience in Training or Human Resources
Experience administering employee training programs
Strong PC skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors, and ADP EV5 experience preferred
Excellent oral & written communication skills, with competency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Detail orientated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and organization skills
High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated initiative (self-motivated/self-starter)
Minimum Associate degree preferred - in business, administration, human resources or similiar field.
