This position provides critical support to the Corporate Travel department via reporting and analysis. The position performs advanced Microsoft Excel functions, complex data analysis and reconciles financial data on a timely basis. Position presents findings and supporting financial information to Corporate Travel management; prepares appropriate commentary or explanations relating to issues/information of particular interest; and uses judgment to determine which issues/information warrant closer attention during review. Periodically updates travel approval hierarchical structures based on organizational changes. Prepares quarterly and monthly reporting relating to travel policy exceptions. Will participate in ad-hoc projects pertaining to travel reporting and travel risk management initiatives. Other areas of responsibility include American Express program administration. Will be expected to work closely with travel management company/travel risk management vendor personnel on varying initiatives, projects and production issues.

Highly motivated self-starter
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management preferred or equivalent experience.
Advanced degree (MBA) or Professional certification (CPA) preferred.
3+ years related experience
Corporate Travel industry experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access preferred
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated project management skills, ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a dynamic, non-routine environment.
Moderate Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills.
