Job Summary Serve as overall process lead for Electric T&D to ensure processes, practices, and overall activities are consistent and in compliance with Company policies, practices, and procedures. Manage and direct the activities and processes in multiple locations in Electric T&D Operations. Ensure ongoing continuous improvement and consistent processes are utilized for best practices across Electric T&D. Service as Electric T&D point of contact and main liaison for technology/system/process interfaces across all lines of business in the utility and IT. Ensure that Best Practices are sought out, vetted, and implemented throughout Electric T&D, PSE&G, and PSEG-LI. Job Responsibilities Lead and Manage the administrative activities in support of approximately 2700 Mast and Bargaining Unit Employees, and 350 augmented contract personnel within the ET&D Organization supporting over 2.4 million customers. Responsible for the standardization, oversight and management of procurement activities in the areas of purchase orders, requisitions, credit cards, service entries, goods receipts, journal entries and accruals. Ensure all processes, policies, & procedures associated to the Joint Pole venue to established, maintained, and executed. Subject matter expert in the areas of Payroll Administration, Staffing Strategy/ Activity, Purchasing Cards, Local Cash Management, GIS Records, Accident Billing, Net Billing, Fiber Billing, CATV, and Sundry Sales. Interpreting Collective Bargaining Unit Agreements and working closely with Industrial Relations Department. Ensure corporate administrative policies and business control directives are in compliance with PSE&G Standards of Business Controls. Including DOT/RSPA testing pools and maintain Affirmative Action Plans. Perform Self Assessments and monitor compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley standards. Act as Liaison between municipalities and vendors on issues related to traffic control, work practices and materials management. Storm support** - oversight of logistics Job Specific Qualifications Basic Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge): • BA or BS degree in Business or equivalent work experience. • Extensive detailed working knowledge of and experience (minimum 10 years) with utility administrative processes, policies and procedures. • Solid knowledge of internal controls, processes and procedures of business standards and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements • Adept in SAP, and other business systems, including PSE&G legacy systems • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation and persuasive management skills with vast knowledge and expertise of the IBEW and OPEIU collective bargaining unit agreements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Minimum of 10 years of Utility experience. • Supervisory experience in the instruction and training of personnel with various work practices and their use of related I.T. systems. • Valid driver's license.
