Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
Technical Competencies: Helps to maintain strong clinical program. Staff able to work together. Completes required trainings and mandatory training hours. All calls and messages are handled in a positive, courteous and friendly manner that represents the company in a positive way. Transportation is handled efficiently. All staff work in an efficient manner to complete the responsibilities of the administrative assistant, medication tech, driver and medical records. Maintain a safe driving record; demonstrates conduct in keeping with PYRAMID ethical standards; participates in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills. Accurate/updated medical records for use by staff. Accurate/ Updated medical records for licensing review. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, if necessary. A Working knowledge of CARF and Licensing regulations.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Completion of post High School, Technical/Business School preferred. Administrative Assistant/Secretarial experience. Medical Records experience. Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office. Ability to operate various office machines (fax, copier, transcriber, telephone, printers, etc.) Ability to multi-task and work alone. Valid Drivers License.
