The ideal Crew Member will have:

• Previous experience in restaurants, retail or a position involving customer contact
• Be at least 16+ years of age
• Present neat appearance
• High school diploma, or equivalent, or currently enrolled in school
• Possess basic math, reading and writing skills
• Dependable and have the ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills
• Ability to work a varied, 20-30+ hour work week (including evenings and weekends)
• Flexible shifts available
• Proof of Employment Eligibility (Id’s)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally throughout 4-8 hour shift
