The Remarketing Manager is responsible for all remarketing activities associated with specific internal and external groups such as sales people, customers, partners, portfolio managers and company management. The Remarketing Manager is responsible for all operational activity related to remarketing the company's portfolio assets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the assigned portfolio of schedules
Update Master Billing File
Update Consignment Report
Update Lease Plus
Manage collection issues and open AR
Prepare purchase and fixed renewal quotes
Request & evaluate third party bids
Manage monthly rental billing & invoice auditing
Reconcile Settlement Reports
Reconcile Inventory Reports
Report remarketing data on an ad hoc basis
Process development & improvement
Request lessee purchase invoices & forward to customer
Request chargeback invoices & forward to customer
Request 3rd party sale invoices
Request rental changes
Daily Master Billing Report
Record returns, sales, fixed renewals
Update notes & status changes
Update rental amounts
Daily Consignment Report
Record field inspections
Record proofs of delivery
Record audits with schedule/return details & chargebacks
Record purchase orders & settlements
Good skills in the Microsoft environment especially MS Excel
Working knowledge of Leasing Operations and Procedures is a plus.
Working knowledge of the Leasing related industry is a plus.
Experience managing the end-of-term lease process is a plus.
Lease Plus knowledge is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of customers, team members and management
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software programs and navigate efficiently between multiple systems
Possess the time management and organizational skills necessary to effectively prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
Ability to work well independently as well as demonstrate positive behaviors in a team environment
Perform other duties, special projects and assignments as directed
Minimum: BS Degree ---- in Finance and/or Business would be preferred but not required.
