Summary Ensures all transactions with guests are handled promptly, efficiently, accurately and hospitably. Reports To General Manager Essential Functions • Demonstrates helpful, positive attitude toward customers, team members and managers. • Arrives to work on time, neat and well-groomed for every shift, in a clean and proper uniform. • Processes all orders and payments through the POS system correctly. • Follows established cash handling practices. • Ensures all guests are greeted with a smile. • Maintains dining room, front counter, parking lot and restrooms. • Packages all orders following established guidelines. • Answers all incoming phone calls. • Thanks guests for choosing Salem's. • Washes dishes and assists with food preparation. • Handles guests' concerns. • Adheres to health department codes. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
