The primary responsibility of this position is to service inbound telephone inquiries from new and existing customers in a call center environment. Interactions can include general banking questions, account information changes, transaction lookup and confirmation, minor issue resolution and product/service recommendation. Incumbents are expected to perform all duties in conformance to with established policies and procedures, while demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette in a professional and courteous manner.
Position is located in East Petersburg, Pa (near Lancaster) and training is provided.
The hours are 11:30 - 8:00 Monday through Friday and alternating Saturday's 8:00 - 3:00.
