Plumbing Contractor in Southeast/Henderson area seeks long term employee to fill Administrative Assistant position. Chosen candidate will train to replace the current assistant and will start on a part time basis, working into a full time position within three months of being hired. Qualified candidates should possess accounting experience working with Quickbooks, and excellent customer service and data entry skills, preferably in a construction office environment. Must type at least 50 words per minute. Application and interview process will include typing and other office skills tests. Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation for occasional office errands. Mileage is reimbursed. We are looking for someone extremely reliable who can run the office alone from time to time. Duties include answering phones, scheduling service calls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and job costing, filing and cleaning the office. Presently, we do not offer health insurance or retirement benefits. Vacation pay begins accruing upon hire and is available for use after six months. Hourly rate depends on experience.
