Business Development Coordinator
Support and manage customer and community engagement activities on behalf of the needs of BancFirst and the Business Development officer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Maintain positive, professional and friendly relationships with external and internal customers
Contact potential business leads to identify future opportunities and schedule BDO calls
Achieve personal sales and referral goals established by supervisor
Pull and complete monthly internal and external TM and BD Reports
Complete TM documentation and customer requests in a timely manner
Assist BDO in coordinating external and internal marketing and advertising opportunities
Support, coordinate and participate in preparing materials, collateral and content for community and bank events
Attend community events, as requested, pertaining to business development (night and weekend events may be required)
Coordinate new account and customer correspondence
Complete and maintain customer contact records in Connections
Perform other job duties and special projects as assigned

Minimum of 3 years financial institution experience
Consistently exceed sales goals
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters, and meet deadlines
Thorough, detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy
Confident with good decision-making skills
Flexibility in hours and location
Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds
