As an Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support to the branch trailer sales, parts, and service departments. Project a professional company image in person and with phone interaction.
Some other functions performed by the Administrative Assistant include creating and modifying documents, files, and perform data entry, process sales orders, applications and related docuements, invoicing parts, and reviewing and monitoring branch parts and service receivables.
