Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium is growing and in search of full-time administrative assistants. This position will be an integral part in maintaining that service by providing the highest level of administrative support for pre-need and at-need arrangements. The perfect candidate should demonstrate adequate office, computer & communication skills and be motivated, ethical and have integrity.
Requirements include: professional telephone etiquette; extensive software & computer skills; excellent communication & customer service skills; knowledge of secretarial & administrative procedures; 2+ years of administrative experience preferred; maintain friendly attitude while offering assistance & guidance to all; ability to work in a fast paced, customer service focused environment; high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive & confidential situations; must be able to work 40 hours a week with weekend availability.
Positions available in Lewes & Georgetown offices.
