The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming Driveline guests, customers, and employees to our offices in a professional and inviting manner. Additionally, the Receptionist will help the team with a variety of administrative support functions at the corporate office.

Desired Skills

• Front desk reception duties including answering the phone, greeting visitors, checking employees in every morning, and receiving packages
• Light housekeeping duties including reception area, meeting room, restroom, and break room tidiness and stocking
• Mail duties including opening, sorting, and distributing incoming postal mail
• Provide office orientation to new employees
• Order lunches for internal office meetings
• Performing clerical duties including copying, faxing, filing, and retrieving documents
• Provide administrative and/or organizational support for management as needed
• Conduct research, compile data, and otherwise assist office staff on project-based assignments
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to effectively work alone for extended periods of time
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all matters
• Ability to effectively work within a group or on individual assignments
• Professional, polished physical appearance and a positive attitude

Education and Experience Requirements

· High School Graduate or GED diploma preferred
