This job is for a Marketing Coordinator reporting to the Project Coordinator, Boston region and the Executive Vice President. The Marketing Coordinator will be tasked with creating a new marketing design direction for the company, creating and tracking social media postings, e-mail campaigns, etc.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and propose several new corporate branding ideas to be used on our website, marketing collateral, presentations, etc.
Maintain social media accounts
Create and maintain Case Studies across all business verticals, working with sales and field staff
Maintain and update content on our corporate website
Work with vendor partners on collaboration opportunities
Required Education and Experience
An Associates level plus, or current college coursework in the study of marketing and graphic design. Education or job-related experience, preferably in a marketing role.
Professional, diplomatic and ethical practice
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe products, marketing software as well as computer hardware
Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized. Must be punctual and reliable
Superior customer service skills to deal with both employees and managers
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing, implementing and follow-up skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date
Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations
Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation
