The Maintenance Technician 2nd shift position with ABC INOAC Exterior Systems is located in Fremont, OH. We produce spoilers to the automotive industry.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Maintain all automated processes within the facility. Including but not limited to injection molding, robotic paint lines, automated assembly cells and facility utility equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshoot automated work cells and processes.
Maintain and repair equipment, using necessary equipment and tools correctly and safely.
Provide technical support for production.
Complete engineering studies and projects as assigned.
Read, understand and work from blueprints.
Operate associated equipment as necessary.
Complete all paperwork in the required time frame.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess High School diploma or equivalent
Good oral and written communication skills
Quality focused
Experience with troubleshooting and repair of injection machines, blow mold machines, conveyors, robotics, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Welding, cutting and light fabrication skills needed.
Four years of manufacturing maintenance experience; strong electrical, mechanical and industrial skills.
Apprenticeship program certificate and/or associate’s degree in a manufacturing or industrial trade is preferred.
Must be able to work any shift with overtime, possibly on short notice
Ability to travel, possibly overnight (<5% of the time)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written),
Must work as a member of a high functional team.
Must have a currant valid driver license and able to obtain a tow motors license with ABC INOAC.
Experience:
This position requires strong troubleshooting experience with automated work cells and processes, and the ability to maintain and repair equipment using necessary equipment and tools correctly and safely.
