Qualifications: • Enthusiastic and committed Leader to the Team who is reliable, dependable, and helps set the pace for outstanding customer service! • Attends work on time in full uniform per REV Tim Hortons Career Wear Standard • Flexible availability with some weekend availability required. • Minimum of 6 months experience at Kelton Enterprises, LLC’s Tim Hortons Café & Bake Shops • Daily banking of cash deposit and coin pick up at local Bank as needed. • Very good verbal and written communication skills. • Capable knowledge of all aspects of the operation is required and trainable to learn even more about business, leading teams, and keeping our guests happy. • Knowledge, understanding, and the ability to enforce all REV Tim Hortons policies. • Set next shift up for success while maintaining product levels to fulfill guest demands and REV Tim Hortons standards. • Demonstrated leadership and communicates well to Kelton Enterprises Management Team, vendors and guests. • Must be able and willing to pass the 2020 ServSafe Certification Exam. Five year certificate is granted upon successful passing of the exam.
