We've raised $300m from a number of VCs, including Sequoia Capital and Google Ventures. We currently have ~700 employees and ~10,000 customers in 9 major markets across the US and have bold growth plans for 2019.
We are looking for reliable leaders with a passion for process to oversee a small team responsible for receiving, storing & shipping all customer belongings in Southern California. This role reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, and is full-time.

Leads are responsible for sharing feedback with your teams, enforcing safety, and ensuring your team's success.Weekend Availability and Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work one weekend day and have scheduling flexibility during peak volume days.Job Responsibilities:Oversee Clutter's inbound and outbound transfer operations for a portion of Clutter's Fontana, CA warehouseCoordinate tasks with a team of 2-3 associatesFacilitate loading / unloading of items onto transfer trucksMove, pack, scan, and palletize items safely (items often weigh more than 50 lbs)Ensure process is followed by performing frequently quality auditsManage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areasRequirements:2+ years of professional work experienceStrong written & verbal communication skillsFlexibility concerning hours & shifts to accommodate a cyclical businessComfortable with technology (e.g. navigating a computer and iphone App)Willingness to work hard and get things done Posting ID: 603092409Posted: 2021-02-26
