We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Draft proposals, contracts and other formal documents
- Schedule estimate appointments and other related events.
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Digital and manual document filing, as necessary.
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields. Experience in construction field, a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior phone, organization, multitasking and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must own or have regular access to a reliable vehicle
