We are not a telemarketing company but a nationwide fast-paced Answering Service team needing skilled candidates who are looking for a permanent career providing indirect care for our customers and their clients in an office setting. We offer a diverse environment in both clients and co-workers. We are seeking Bilingual professionals who poses a strong work ethic, articulate, has strong typing/multi-tasking skills coupled with a high level of attention to detail. Our Answering service provides 24x7x365 inbound messaging services for physicians, and all types of professional businesses around the United States. We are an equal opportunity employer and our office is located in Altamonte Springs, FL, easy access just off of the I-4.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled and must speak fluent English.
We are seeking Bilingual individuals who need full time(30+ hrs/wk) and/or Part time (24-29 hrs/wk) shifts
Evening shift - scheduled anytime between 1p to 11pm Monday to Sunday
Weekend Warrior positions between the hours of 1pm to 11pm Friday - Monday.
Candidates must have a positive outlook for our team, clients, and customers showing your customer service skills and desire to help with every interaction. We are a team-based working environment that provides employees with a family-oriented work atmosphere!
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check, spelling test and type a minimum of 38 words a minute. Full time positions (average over 30+ hrs a week), we offer health insurance benefits after 60 days, and other benefits include, dental, life insurance, and 401K.
Starting pay for a skilled, reliable and qualified individual is $13.00 per hour with an outlined plan for increase in pay based on training and performance, we offer a bilingual shift differential as well.
Pay Comments: This is an entry level position. Our pay grades change depending on skills learned, willingness to move forward in the position.
