As part of our Information Technology team, you'll ensure that our medical professionals have access to the latest breakthroughs in technology, and you'll play a key role in protecting our global patient community.
Reporting to the Director of the Center for Integrative Connectomics (CIC) and pertinent Informatics Team Lead(s), the Connectomic Programmer has primary responsibility supporting federally funded projects for a large research group with internal and external applications that support teaching, scientific research, administration and operational activities. In this role, you will meet regularly with the Informatics team to implement technical solutions, discuss long range planning and recommend enhancements/upgrades that leverage computing resources, all the while maintaining general oversight of internal proprietary software, databases and online web sites developed for the CIC. You will also assist in the formulation of system scope and objectives with the Principal Investigator and CIC leadership.
