        Job Description

        Staffmark has an exciting opportunity for a Shipping Clerk in Rogers AR. This Shipping Clerk  is responsible for the proper procedures concerning shipment of outgoing customer orders.


        Major Duties and Responsibilities:

        • Procures paperwork from Shipping Coordinator concerning shipment of customer orders.
        • Scans individual units, using computer or radio frequency scan equipment as customer orders are being palletized.
        • Prints label with correct shipping information and attaches to outgoing customer order.
        • Sign & write total pallets on Bill of Lading once it is complete and turns into shipping office.
        • Obtains weight & dimensions of pallets as needed.
        • Daily use of a radio frequency scanner, pallet jacks & ladders.
        • Uses pallet jack to move order to shrink-wrapping machine and wraps order.
        • Stacks orders in correct place
        • Ensure order accuracy by scanning first box at each location and referring to customer book for label placement.
        • Focuses on company policies and safety rules to work safely on the job.
        • Shares responsibility for compliance of safety rules and policies and reports unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor.
        • Responsible for good housekeeping in work areas at all times.
