                  Customer Service/Register Operator Position Description:

                  • Take direction and accomplish multiple tasks during shift
                  • Act as part of a team to run a customer-focused experience
                  • Greet customers and make guests feel welcome in the restaurant
                  • Learn various crew jobs including drive-thru, register, and runner
                  • Maintain a clean and inviting restaurant
                  • Focus on attention to detail and ensure quality items for our customers
                  • Experience with Point of Sale is a plus

                  Physical Elements

                  • Ability to stand for long periods
                  • Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)

                  Equipment Use

                  • Ability to use Headset to take customer orders or to take or give direction
                  • Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)
