The Ecommerce Customer Service Representatives will be taking inbound calls and handling chats from customers who place orders through on the online portal. They will also be following up for any presales differences between the products and assisting with payments and delivery scheduling questions. Typical handle time will be about two minutes and they will have a set schedule for weeks that they are on the phones and weeks they handle chats.
