We are seeking a reliable professional Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions and support in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Basic office duties like e-filing, maintain and placing office supplies, receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Organized; must keep track of responsibilities, follow up, and carry on requests
- Data entry experience
- Provide administrative support to project managers, estimating and other office personnel.
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts.
- Must be able to work independently and be detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- At least 1 year of experience in a support role in a corporate environment
- Basic Sage 100 and QuickBooks knowledge: accounts payable and receivables
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, knowledge of MS Office Outlook
- Experience in construction huge plus!
- Spanish is also a plus.
