We pay our Call Center Representatives a competitive wage of $12.00 - $15.00/hour, based on training and experience, plus bonuses. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
As a Call Center Representative, you are the voice of our company! Your primary responsibilities are to RAISE call volume, answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve issues for customers. Over the phone, you actively listen to our customers and are sure to provide exceptional customer service. You also schedule appointments for our sales staff by converting calls into booked service appointments.
Motivated to improve your skills, you become an expert on our products and services as well as the call scripts you have been taught. For each customer, you adapt the script to each of their individual needs. You pride yourself on being articulate and able to adapt to changing situations while keeping customers' wants/needs at the forefront of all of your exchanges.
