Job Description Seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join the Technical Solution Division. The position requires a Security + certification or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hiring. Candidate must have the following experience: Team Leader / Project Management experience Managing project schedules and budgets Managing Agile and/or Iterative software development projects AutoCad and ShipWorks application experience Strong knowledge of building Web or Windows applications Experience working with SQL Server and/or Oracle database Knowledge of at least two of the following programming languages: C#, ASP.Net, VB.net, Javascript Ability to obtain/maintain Secret Security Clearance. The selected candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to propose and support technical solutions and architecture with proven industry best practices, will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish the goals, will mentor and direct junior staff members as well as possess the ability to multi-task and manage priorities is required. Essential Job Responsibilities Leads and directs one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations. Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team. Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical requirements of the assignment. Keeps current on advances in the field of IT. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Minimum Qualifications 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors; 7 years relevant experience with Masters. An additional 4 years of specific job experience with a HS diploma may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree requirement for this job. This experience is in addition to the relevant years of experience listed with the job's education requirements. Example: If this job required a Bachelor's degree + 5 years relevant experience the equivalency would equal HS diploma + 9 years job related experience.
