Overview:
We are adding an Outbound Warehouse Manager as our business is expanding and we are adding more warehouse associates to our workforce. This position will work a rotational schedule with the other two warehouse managers. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in improving a work environment as a business expands. Salary based on experience level, we consider this to be a mid-range role.
This is a full-time position, eligible for an attractive benefit package on the 90th day of employment. Benefits include 401k with company match and full medical, dental, and vision insurance package.

Job purpose
The Outbound Manager will provide leadership and direction to warehouse staff in a high volume outbound, B2B small parcel environment, concerned with picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment as it relates to accurately preparing items for same day shipping both nationally and internationally via expedited carrier services. The Outbound Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and maintaining positive employee relationships. The Outbound Manager is responsible for coaching and developing our outbound and shipping warehouse staff, while ensuring that operational goals are attained.

Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field highly preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience

Working conditions
Typical Warehouse conditions, can be above 80 degrees in the summer and 60 degrees in the winter. Uses standard warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack and fork truck. Uses standard office equipment.
Physical requirements
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward. Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
