Kelly Services is seeking an IT Analyst with extensive skills in deskside, phone & instant messaging support for IT technical troubleshooting in a Windows based environment and great customer service skills. Provide front line technical assistance to internal company employees for all IT related issues. Responsible for assisting users deskside, calls/chats and emails and documenting work instructions and solutions provided to the user for one of our top clients in Billerica, Massachusetts.
Length: 02/22/2021- 05/21/2021 (Contract W2)- (Possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $25-30/ hr. (W2)
