At Help at Home, our Field Staff Schedulers coordinate with clients, guardians and employees to ensure quality service delivery to our clients. This coordination occurs with the constant supervision of employees, schedules, service hours and timesheets. Field Staff Schedulers also coordinate quality services by maintaining ongoing communication with QDDPs, guardians and clients. Work hours are typically 8:00am-5:00pm, but may vary, as needed, to support business needs.
