            Job Description

            Help at Home is hiring a Field Staff Scheduler!

            At Help at Home, our Field Staff Schedulers coordinate with clients, guardians and employees to ensure quality service delivery to our clients.  This coordination occurs with the constant supervision of employees, schedules, service hours and timesheets. Field Staff Schedulers also coordinate quality services by maintaining ongoing communication with QDDPs, guardians and clients. Work hours are typically 8:00am-5:00pm, but may vary, as needed, to support business needs.

            Responsibilities

            • Coordinate quality service delivery of hours by using the NOA, reviewing timesheets and comparing to schedules for new and current clients
            • Coordinate client meet-and-greets with employees
            • Monitor the need to hire more field staff and interview potential applicants
            • Supervise assigned field staff to ensure service delivery of hours
            • Train all new employees on their schedules
            • Maintain assigned client schedules, letters with amount of hours, employee schedules, employee files, and all related paperwork which includes but is not limited to, staff vacations, staff availability and requests for more hours
            • Coordinate with and assist QDDPs with staff disciplinary action, as needed
            • Monitor usage of client hours, employee evaluations and employee in-services
            • Coordinate to get expired documents from employees
            • Communicate scheduling, staffing concerns and all changes with clients, employees, guardians and/or the QDDP/Branch Director, as instructed

             

            Minimum Qualifications

            • Must be 18 years of age or older
            • High school diploma or GED
            • Successful completion of a direct care staff competency evaluation program that addresses all of the state requirements and good standing with the state aide registry (if applicable)
            • Supervisory experience
            • Valid driver's license 
            • Access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle
            • Must be available for possible shifts with clients if field staff cannot be found to work available hours
            • Must have availability to be On-Call
            • Previous experience in working with the elderly and/or disabled or must display a compassionate attitude for that constituent
