The employee will support the Die Cast Operators in the production of aluminum and magnesium die cast parts ranging in weight from several ounces to over 30 pounds. It is the responsibility of the employee to operate die casting machinery and inspect parts after production. Candidates will do visual inspection and use easy-to-use plug gauges. The company produces parts in many industries including Medical, Automotive, and Power sports including Polaris.
Operators are based on 3 different skill levels, A B and C. Candidates will start at level C and get promoted to B and A with pay increases
Qualifications: Must have 6+ months machine operating experience in a production setting (prefer at a die cast facility)
Hours: Friday - Sunday
Weekends 6am - 6pm +$2.00 shift differential
