CURRENTLY HIRING!! Driver/ Forklift Operator

Our client, a distributor for the oil and gas industry, is looking for a Warehouse/Driver. They need someone to be bilingual as a lot of deliveries are in Miami and would be very helpful (English/Spanish).

This person will be splitting their time between the warehouse and making deliveries around South Florida. Breakdown is roughly 50/50.

Warehouse - responsibilities will be doing shipping, receiving deliveries, checking (visually inspecting) parts and ensuring that what was received is what was noted on the slip. Proper PO's and descriptions of the items. They will also be pulling orders for the next days deliveries. Operating a pallet jack and also a sit down propane forklift. Every order they receive is different so the candidate will need to review and ensure its accurate.

Driving - Will be responsible for driving the company truck (16 foot truck - no special license is required) to make deliveries of goods. Most of the deliveries are to the Port of Miami, Port Everglades and the Miami International Airport. Driver will be responsible for collecting supporting documentation.

Clean Driver's License

Must have some previous delivery driving experience driving a box truck or van

Good reading/writing skills in English bc all docs will be in English

Forklift experience on sit down forklift

Warehouse - shipping/receiving experience a plus.

Pay rate: $13.50 - $14 an hour
