                Job Description

We're a nonprofit tech company with a unique bottom-up approach for bringing data-driven, sustainable impact to public health and climate change interventions. Within our Cold Chain vertical, we bring cutting-edge IoT (Internet of Things) technology to serve vaccination efforts worldwide, especially those focused on reaching children in under-resourced countries. Partnering with leading institutions such as Gavi, Google.org, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Qualcomm Wireless Reach, Nexleaf's sensors and data analytics services help deliver safe vaccines to over 12.5 million babies annually and connect rural homes with mobile money payments for reducing carbon emissions through cleaner cooking. We work in a diverse set of countries, including India, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Kenya. THE ROLE This is a pivotal time for us to bring real-time cold chain monitoring and data to countries committed to strengthening their immunization program and we're looking for a self-starter to join our team. Deliver on Shared Program Milestones Work with data and program teams to design, implement and oversee program evaluations to ensure we are constantly learning and improving on our approach Own grant milestones for four multi-million dollar grants, including the launch of a new grant in 2021 (delivery, tracking, budget/allocation management and reporting) Lead best practices and learning dissemination efforts by generating advocacy materials such as data-driven reports, building case studies showing successful use of data, and creating presentations for stakeholders and countries Manage small pilot projects and field trials by establishing partnerships, defining the approach and working closely with country teams on implementation Act as an ambassador for Nexleaf at conferences and events Note: The office is located in Los Angeles, California.
