We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives/Data Entry Clerk/Call Center Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Work from home on a schedule that is provided.
- Be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
- Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
