Job Summary: We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Supervisor for our Walnut Creek, CA Sales Office. The primary function of this position is to answer incoming calls/faxes, as well as take orders from physicians, referral sources and customers. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to interview customers, accurately record the data into the computer and place orders. You will also have the responsibility for supervising the customer service staff, petty cash, ordering office supplies for the sales office and managing bank deposits. Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision 401(k) Personal, Sick and Vacation Days Flexible Spending Account Life & Disability Insurance Education Assistance Employee Discounts Key Job Responsibilities: Manage new business, re-order business and customer escalations through resolution Monitor appropriate I-Reports Complete Customer Resolution Form to document nature of customer complaints and submit to Area Manager monthly to become a part of a monthly Customer Service Report Monitor and distribute work via Right Fax and Work Flow to ensure customer service level expectations are met Monitor and delegate work in Onyx queues to meet established criteria for resolution Approve no-charge samples as necessary to resolve customer concerns to their satisfaction Maintain records of CSR absences and update E-Time for payroll purposes Identify training in-services that would be beneficial based on questions and requests from CSR's Attend supervisor training for further development in management Interview, select, ensure orientation, training, and when necessary discipline and/or discharge departmental personnel Miscellaneous projects as assigned by manager Experience/Qualifications/Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred 3 years supervisory experience required, preferably in a customer service/healthcare environment Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong project management skills Strong organizational skills Career-minded individuals will find our business challenging and our reputation for excellence just one of the rewards we have to offer.
