To drive efficiencies into the work centers, there are only 3 levers to pull. 1) Reduce volume, 2) Reduce handling times (process and procedures) and 3) Reduce headcount. Common Cause Correlation (C3) is a platform that we utilize to drive down #1.
There are two primary components:
- Business Logic for identifying multi-ticket network events and
- Business Logic on how to resolve those tickets with minimal number of tickets going into the workcenter, while treating with the same level of expertise as if it went through the workcenter
I am looking for a strategic resource that has:Experience in:
Must be able to:
- Telecom Network technology and industry standards
- Ticketing system common practices and operational methods and procedures
- Large system and platform transitions and transformations
- Network technology and Industry standards
- Deliver well-structured, executive-presentable documents
- Contribute ideas and analysis to the current strategic options
- Hypothesis development and testing, based on various data sources, for network correlation
- Provide strategy synthesis of relationship between technology (current and future) and The Client's business (both current and future).
- Develop clear, concise storylines with logic flow and creative visuals
- Research and analyze the current correlation logic employed, compare with industry standards and develop a strategy roadmap for ticket incident correlations
- Take initiative to understand upstream process that may drive incident tickets
