                        Job Description

Robinhood is democratizing finance for all. With customers at the heart of our decisions, Robinhood is lowering barriers, removing fees, and providing greater access to financial information. Together, we are building products and services that help create a financial system everyone can participate in.

Robinhood is a fast-growing company and was recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50 and a LinkedIn Top Startup in 2019. We're continuing to grow and are looking for incredible talent that can help us achieve our mission.

Robinhood is headquartered in Menlo Park, California, with offices in Lake Mary, Florida, and London, UK.

                        About the role

We're looking for a Senior Stock Administrator to play an active role in the development and maintenance of Robinhood's employee equity programs. The Senior Stock Administrator will report to the Head of Stock Administration. The ideal Robinhoodie is a self-motivated individual, who maintains exemplary work ethic and customer focus, and has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high-paced growth environment - a self-starter who can work independently but is also energized by cross-team collaboration.

                        Your day-to-day will involve:

                        • Maintain Equity database and ensure accuracy of record keeping
                        • Process new equity awards and distribution of online grant agreements
                        • Manage and track shares outstanding and shares available under the Company's stock plans
                        • Generate equity reports to support company's SEC filings including Forms 10-Q & 10-K and Proxy statement; and ad-hoc reports for Finance, Tax, HR and Legal
                        • Maintain accurate record of equity data and support to ensure SOX Compliance, and both internal and external auditing requirements
                        • Responsible for ISO QD/DD reporting and annual 6039 filing
                        • Act as primary point of contact for employee questions

Some things we consider critical for this role:

                        • BA/BS and 6+ years experience as a Stock Admin in a global public company setting
                        • Experienced with Equity Edge Online
                        • Comprehensive knowledge of various types of equity awards and programs across multiple jurisdictions
                        • Familiarity with Mobility tracking and reporting
                        • Familiarity with SOX requirements
                        • Proficient in Excel and G Suite applications
                        • Highly organized and detail oriented; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
                        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function independently and collaborate cross-functionally on projects
                        • Actively working towards a CEP designation

Feeling ready to give 100% to democratizing finance for all? We'd love to have you apply, even if you feel unsure about whether you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Robinhood, we're looking for people invigorated by our mission, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.

As a government contractor subject to Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had a disability. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we ask all of our employees to update their information at least every five years.

Identifying yourself as an individual with a disability is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so.
