Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client's team for a FULL-TIME, Temp-To-Hire role.

You will perform clerical and administrative functions, assisting across several departments- in order to drive company success.


  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:30 to 4:00
  • $18.00 per hour
  • Order Entry/Customer Service/Follow-up on paperwork
  • On-Boarding – Employment Application Packets:
    • Distribute to Candidates
    • Ensure Completion
    • Verify Documentation
    • Schedule Interviews,
  • HR – Distribute Benefit Enrollment Packets – Follow-up before deadline – verify completion
  • Labor – Coordinate Temps – Timesheets, first day process
  • Update Reports (Excel) – Post on Bulletin Boards
  • Scanning documents
  • Running and execution of Excel charts


  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
